Management of Personal Information

  1. In handling "personal information" (hereinafter simply referred to as "personal information") as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" of Japan, we will comply with the laws and guidelines concerning the protection of personal information, as well as this Privacy Policy.
  2. This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted under the laws of Japan.

About Sensitive Informations other than personal information

In addition to personal information, information obtained through inquiries, etc., as well as other information that should not be disclosed to third parties that is incidentally obtained (hereinafter referred to as "Specific Critical Information") shall be treated in the same manner as personal information, subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

This does not apply to "Specific Critical Information that is already widely known" that falls under the following conditions. However, even in the case of these exceptions, the Operator will not intentionally contribute to spread them.

  1. has been published in multiple external references or media (excluding so-called "gossip articles") and has been in a state where a third party can easily check such references or media for more than 6 months. This does not apply to cases where more than 6 months have passed due to pending litigation or other reasons.
  2. the person in question and his/her related parties are aware of or tacitly acknowledge that the information in question is widely known to the public, and have not taken necessary measures to prevent its dissemination.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information

In the "Services" as defined in the Terms and Conditions, you may be asked to register personal information such as your e-mail address to use the service.
This personal information is used to respond to inquiries and to ensure the smooth operation of our services, and will not be used for any other purposes.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

Operator will manage personal information appropriately and will not disclose it to third parties except in the following cases.

Cookies

The Services may use cookies to store browsing preferences. Cookies are recorded in the user's computer when the user visits the site. However, the information recorded does not include any personally identifiable information such as user name or e-mail address.

Local Storage

The Services may use Local Storage in conjunction with the cookies described above to store your browsing preferences. Local Storage is stored on your computer when you visit the site. The storage period is unlimited. However, it does not contain any personally identifiable information such as user names or email addresses.

Service Worker

The Services may use service workers to speed up browsing and improve convenience. A Service Worker is a small program that is recorded in your computer when you visit a target site and automatically starts up on your next visit and subsequent visits. The program stores the basic logic of the system in a cache on your computer to speed up loading on subsequent visits. The program does not run for any purpose other than cache management when you visit the site, and the information it records does not contain any personally identifiable information, nor is the recorded information transmitted to outside parties.

Embedded Content from Other Sites

Our services may contain embedded content (e.g., videos, images, posts, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves exactly as if you had visited those sites.
